Well.. been trying hard to keep up my healthy lifestyle.. hope all does me well.. hope my persistence will keep me for a long time.. i try to maintain my lifestyle that I'm able to see the sun rise every morning in a fresh , clear mind.. Been trying very hard to stop certain bad habit.. Thank God for helping me..
Hmmm.. think there are certain stuff I wanna get into my possession within this month - A running / cross-training shoe - A smart phone?
Think its time to tougher up my body.. that will built up my strength for my physical wise and mentality wise too.. so yeah.. is a good investment to be made..
Been watching the mandarin drama on Mobtv - Honor and Passion
Well guess is a good show.. It does review the handling of relationship between humans in terms of BGR, family kinships and etc etc.. Guess its a very good show.. when they define the word love.. think thats something I should take into learning for my own self, to be a better son of my parent, a better brother of my sisters and also a better friend of my buddies last but not least a better ah d of my ah b.
